Webinar Refund Policy:

ALL cancellations requests should be emailed to bookings@ukteaacademy.com.
This refund policy applies to Live Webinars only.
• A refund may be requested no less than 24 hours before the start of the webinar. A booking fee of 10% may be withheld from the refund at the course director’s discretion.
• Agreed refunds will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 working days.
• Once a refund has been agreed in writing, you will not be able to attend the webinar for which the refund is being made and your place will be released to another student.
• No show: no refund.

If you attend a webinar and encounter a problem accessing the event, then we will do our best to i) help you re-connect and complete the webinar, ii) receive a recording of the webinar if possible, iii) attend the missed section of the webinar on another date without additional payment. Problems that may qualify you for a replacement webinar include a poor internet connection or equipment malfunction. However, you must provide screenshots wherever possible or other documentary evidence for your claim.
All claims under this clause must be made within one hour of discovering the problem, by email to the tutor or bookings@ukteaacademy.com

UK Tea Academy Online reserve the right to cancel webinars at any time: a full refund of the fee paid, including any booking fee or the option to take the webinar on a different date shall be offered wherever possible.
