Thank you so much for another wonderful tea course! In such a vast topic it was great to be able to dig deeper in particular types of tea to understand the nuances, and how to assess quality in choosing teas. And, as ever with Juyan, fantastic to be able to have some amazing quality teas available to benchmark what the very best teas can be. Juyan’s knowledge and personal experience is so valuable, and we are extremely lucky to have her as a tutor at the UKTA.

A wonderful class led by Juyan, a real expert about Chinese teas. I highly recommend this webinar after the Tea Sommelier training, or for anyone who would like to deepen its knowledge about Chinese tea and Gong Fu brewing. Juyan added a lot of advice about brewing, numerous anecdotes about tea in China and her own tea travels. I hope that Juyan will offer a “Chinese Tea Advanced Module” in the future :-)
